George G. Cassiere, ASA, CFA
President/Principal
 
George has two decades of corporate finance and ESOP experience. Over this time he has been part of hundreds of successful capital raising projects and equity transfers. He was formerly the Managing Director of Goelzer Investment Banking and a treasury professional at Eli Lilly & Company with corporate finance responsibilities. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). George holds an MBA from the University of Virginia and graduated with honors from Florida State University with a B.S. degree in Finance. George has been published in numerous publications and speaks frequently to professional organizations. He has served as President of the Indiana State Chapter of the ESOP Association and serves on the Finance Committee of the National ESOP Association.
 

Thomas C. Schroeder
 
Tom is former Executive Director of Finance and CFO for Eli Lilly & Company’s U.S. Pharmaceutical business. He also served as Lilly’s Assistant Treasurer, a company officer responsible for worldwide debt, investments currency/interest rate risk and cash management, and financing all subsidiaries. He was responsible for short and long term balance sheet planning, rating agency relationships and deal support. Tom has extensive small company experience as well, including a key management and leadership role in starting Heart Rhythm Technologies, a medical device company that is now part of Guidant Corporation. Tom earned an MBA degree from Northwestern University, a B.S. in Accounting with honors from DePaul University, is an Illinois CPA certificate holder and member of the AICPA.
